Hailing from Annapolis, Maryland, Pressing Strings is a powerhouse trio led by guitarist and vocalist Jordan Sokel, joined by drummer Justin Kruger and bassist Nick Welker. Their genre-bending sound is part blues, part rock, and part folk wrapped in soul-stirring storytelling and the warmth of Southern California in the '70s. Whether they're delivering a heartfelt ballad or an energetic anthem, Pressing Strings brings a feel-good, immersive live show for your heart and your ears.

The band has spent the last year touring coast to coast, headlining clubs and lighting up festival stages at FloydFest, Firefly, Sweetwater 420Fest, and the Annapolis Baygrass Music Festival, sharing bills with acts like Gov't Mule, Toad the Wet Sprocket, and JJ Grey.
