AGE REQUIREMENTS
We welcome children ages 6 and up. But, in consideration for the artists and audience, we ask that everyone in your party be able to sit quietly throughout the show.

 

ARRIVAL TIME / DOOR 
Doors open one hour before showtime. Please do not arrive before the designated time —we are in pre-show set-up and appreciate having that time free. Guests arriving late for a show will be seated at our discretion, and out of respect for the performers, at a suitable break.

 

ETIQUETTE

If you’ve never been to a house concert, there are certain rules and etiquette that you are expected to adhere to...

 

• You really can’t chat and listen to the music at the same time.
   

• Unless the artist says “everybody get up and dance!” you’re expected to quietly listen to the music and clap when it’s over.
   

• Bathroom breaks should be taken at the end of the song. Same rule applies to seat-return. After all, the artist is usually playing acoustically 6 feet away from where you’re sitting and in a room the size of a living room, any disturbance you make is highly noticeable.
   

• ALL electronic devices — cell phones, computers, iPods— should be turned off or put away during performances. Not only are the sounds they make disruptive, but the glow from screens, which can be seen by audience members and performers, is very distracting.
   

• There is NO SMOKING inside. Only in a designated area outdoors.

BYOB. Please be responsible. Light refreshments served. Feel free to bring a dessert or appetizer to share.
